01 / Service scope

What event security covers.

Event security covers the security operation from venue preparation through to closure. The service is planned around the location, programme and duties the team will take on.

Entrances and accreditation

Ticket and access checks. We agree entry procedures and checks of items brought into the venue with the organiser in advance.

Visitors and the venue

Supervision at barriers, in queues and along visitor routes. Staff positions follow the venue layout and event programme.

Backstage and restricted areas

Access control for non-public areas, the stage and VIP zones. Personal escorts for guests can be agreed to suit the event.

On-site team leadership

An appointed lead communicates with production, passes changes to staff and handles reported situations. The agreed summary follows the event.

Before deployment, we confirm the team’s duties, responsibilities and the contact who will lead the service.

03 / Planning and delivery

From your brief to the final handover.

Start with an outline of the event. We then review the venue plan, programme and contacts to suit its scale. Security, stewarding and other team roles are agreed in advance.

    Before the event

    We review the brief, venue and programme. Staffing, posts, shifts, the service lead and price are agreed. The team receives specific instructions before deployment.

  2. 02

    During the programme

    The lead stays in contact with production, responds to programme changes and coordinates the team. Cooperation with police, fire and medical services follows the agreed scope.

  3. 03

    After the event

    We cover the agreed visitor departure and venue closure duties. Findings and the service summary are handed over as agreed with the organiser.

Every event works differently.

Festival grounds, stadiums and formal events need different staffing arrangements. We consider the setting, visitors and each part of the programme.

Where do you provide event security?

We are based in Brno and provide services throughout Czechia. Team availability and travel arrangements are checked for the specific venue and date.

What do you need for an initial proposal?

The venue, date and a short event outline. Include the programme, estimated attendance, venue plan or entrance count if available. We can discuss any missing details together.

How do you determine staffing numbers?

We consider the layout, concurrent posts, entrances, zones, service duration and visitor peaks, as well as shift changes and team leadership. Attendance alone is not enough to determine staffing.

How do security and stewarding differ?

Stewarding focuses on visitor guidance, admission and event organisation. Security covers the agreed security checks and supervision of designated areas. The duties of both teams are agreed before the event.

We prepare the price around the date, venue, team size, shift length and duties. Any travel costs and additional items are listed separately. The calculator provides initial guidance; the final quote follows a review of your brief.
