We provide event security for festivals, concerts, sports and corporate events across Czechia. Based on the venue and programme, we plan entrances, visitor zones, backstage areas, staff posts and on-site team leadership.
Clear scope
Event security is the security operation for a specific event before opening, during the programme and when the venue closes. It covers entrance and zone planning, access checks, visitor-flow supervision, backstage protection and coordination of the security team with the organiser and emergency services within an agreed scope.
Responsibility boundaries
The roles may work side by side, but they are not interchangeable. We separate them in the brief, staffing plan and reporting lines before deployment.
| Role | Typical tasks | Leadership | Boundary |
|---|---|---|---|
| Event security | Security checks, assigned zones, visitor-flow supervision and incident procedures. | Service lead linked to the organiser or production. | The scope follows the written brief and the authority of a private security service. |
| Event stewarding | Visitor guidance, ticket checks, information and organisational duties. | Stewarding coordinator or production. | It does not replace security intervention or protection of an assigned area. |
| Personal protection | Escort of a named person, transfers, arrivals, departures and protective zones. | Protection-team lead following the protected person’s programme. | It protects a specific person and does not by itself secure the whole venue. |
| Police, fire and medical services | Statutory intervention, fire response, life-saving and professional medical care. | The competent service for the incident. | Private event security does not replace them; it passes on information and clears access. |
Coverage and brief
Our operating base is in Brno. We confirm travel and staffing against the venue, date, programme and required roles. A practical outline is enough for the first review.

Not sure which service to choose?
This service is for deployments across Czechia. At larger events, entrance staffing alone is not enough; zone planning, production communication, team logistics and clear command during the programme all matter.

Suitable for festivals, concerts, multi-zone venues, backstage and VIP operations, and coordination of the full security team.
Three documented direct assignments: a cup match and a dance final in Brno, plus a roadshow across Czechia. Each case study states the published scope and sources.

In every city, we took over the venue on Friday and protected the prepared equipment overnight. On Saturday, six staff covered the programme, personalities, stage, facilities and autograph sessions.

View case studyA festival, stadium and corporate programme each have different entrances, zones and visitor flows. We therefore plan the service around the specific venue and programme.
One overview brings together site preparation, posts and team responsibilities. Every worker receives a specific role, while an appointed service lead manages changes during the programme.
Before the event, we inspect entrances, bottlenecks, service routes and zones that need to remain separated.
According to the organiser's brief, we handle tickets, wristbands, accreditation, bag checks and visitor entry.
We monitor zone occupancy and entrance queues. Changes are reported to the service lead, and visitor routing is adjusted according to the agreed procedure.
Access to non-public areas is checked against accreditation and the rules set by production.
An appointed service lead briefs the team, handles programme changes and communicates with the organiser's contact person.
Deployments across Czechia are confirmed according to the location, date, event scope and team availability.
Send the date, venue, programme, expected attendance, number of entrances and the zones the team needs to cover.
We propose headcount, posts, roles and service leadership. Pricing reflects the event scope and duration.
Before the venue opens, the team takes up its posts. The service lead receives changes from production and passes them to staff.
After the event, we summarise significant incidents and agree any changes for the next edition or repeat assignment.
Examples from Hradec Kralove, Olomouc and Brno show both direct assignments and clearly defined partner roles. The images illustrate the working environment; the linked case studies state the actual scope.
The date, venue and a short programme outline are enough for the first review.

Trust in a security provider should not rest on general promises. What matters is documented licensing, clear service management, operating procedures and readable references.
We can provide security licensing and liability insurance documents before the service starts.

Google profileBefore the event, we assess sector capacity, corridor flow, entrance queues and places where crowd pressure may develop. During the programme, an appointed service lead monitors the situation with staff in each zone.
Visitor-flow management principlesTogether with the organiser and production team, we define contacts, incident reporting, access routes and the procedure for pausing the programme. During an incident, our team passes on information and clears space for the authorised responding service.
Bravion does not replace medical, fire or police services. Event security supports their operations only within the scope approved by the organiser and relevant authorities.

Answers about timing, team size, service leadership, entrance procedures and pricing.
Our operating base is in Brno. Deployments across Czechia are confirmed against the date, scope, transport and availability of a suitable team.
The date, venue, event type, programme, expected attendance, number of entrances and an overview of public, backstage or VIP zones. Scope and availability are confirmed only after the brief has been reviewed.
From the venue map, concurrent posts, entrances, zones, operating hours, visitor peaks and the leadership required. Attendance alone is not enough for a workable security plan.
Stewarding primarily covers visitor guidance, ticketing and organisational duties. Event security covers the agreed security checks, assigned zones and incident procedure. The roles are separated before the event.
A service lead and production contact are appointed before deployment. Programme changes and operating information follow the agreed reporting line rather than being passed informally to individual workers.
The team passes on necessary information and clears space under the event security plan. Private security does not replace the police, fire service or emergency medical services.
Pricing depends on staffing, service length, night hours, entrances, zones, leadership, transport and other confirmed items. The calculator is indicative; the proposal is prepared for the specific brief.
Yes. Company details, authorisation and insurance can be checked before the service starts. The scope, responsibilities and reporting procedure are then recorded in writing.
Event security enquiry
For larger events, entrances, programme, backstage areas, zones and on-site responsibilities determine the scope. A short brief is enough for an initial proposal.
