Event security for festivals, concerts and sport

We provide entrance control, backstage access, VIP zones and visitor flow management across the venue. There is an assigned on-site security lead, so the organiser knows who receives changes and who keeps an overview of the team.

What we provide

From preparation to the end of the programme

Event security does not start at the gate on the day. It starts with a venue inspection and ends with evaluation after the last visitor leaves.

Site inspection

We assess the place before the event. We look for bottlenecks, entrances, people flows, service routes and zones that must stay separated.

Entrance processing

Tickets, wristbands, accreditation, bag checks and smooth passage. The queue should move, while the organiser rules still hold.

Crowd management

We monitor zone load and visitor flow. When pressure builds somewhere, we report it to leadership and redirect people elsewhere.

Backstage and facilities

Clearly separated non-public spaces for production, performers and service teams. Access is limited to people with valid authorisation for that zone.

One service lead

The organiser has one main contact. The service lead passes instructions to the team, handles schedule changes and keeps an overview of the situation in the venue.

Deployments from Brno

We cover medium and large events from Brno. The team arrives with clear leadership, agreed roles and prepared communication.

The team in action

Who does what

Everyone on the team knows where they stand and what they are responsible for. That lets us cover entrances, backstage and unplanned situations at the same time.

Security team at a sports event

Field work

On site, overview, calm and clear information handover help.

Event security lead

The main on-site contact. They keep an overview of operations, handle changes according to the current situation and stay in communication with production.

Entrances

The first contact with visitors. The team processes people smoothly, checks authorisation and upholds the organiser rules.

Mobile patrols

They move around the venue, monitor the crowd atmosphere and work preventively before a problem grows.

Stage barrier control

Protection of the stage, corridors and non-public zones. They allow through only the right accreditation and keep calm around sensitive points.

Approach

How cooperation works

01

Briefing

We have a call. We need to know capacity, event type, space, entrances and basic risks. We quickly identify what needs to be handled.

02

Team schedule and price

We send a staffing proposal: headcount, positions, roles, team lead and a basic operating process. The price is based on the event scope.

03

References

The team is on site before visitors arrive. The event security lead represents security with production and passes changes to the field team.

04

Evaluation

After the event we review what worked, where pressure arose and what to adjust for the next edition or repeated cooperation.

FAQ

What we ask before we start

Security cannot be set up sensibly without the basic facts. These are the points we clarify for most enquiries.

For a larger event, it makes sense to start arranging security several weeks in advance. A smaller one-day event can sometimes be prepared faster, but we still need to know the space, entrances, team roles and production contact.
We primarily try to de-escalate the situation through communication. Intervention or removal comes only when the visitor threatens the event flow, safety or organiser rules.
The on-site team is always managed by an assigned on-site security lead. They act as the single point of contact so the organiser does not have to give instructions to every worker separately.
Yes, we cover smaller one-day events as well as multi-day productions. We set the scope according to the venue, attendance, entrances, zones and risks.
We mainly provide live security and physical entrance processing. If the event uses turnstiles or other entrance technology, we set the team up to connect with it operationally.
