B2B cooperation · for security agencies and lead contractors
We take responsibility for a clearly defined part of a security or stewarding service while the partner agency remains the lead contractor for the client. Before confirmation, we clarify the date, location, assigned roles, leadership of our own team, equipment, responsibility and handover. Available capacity is confirmed for each specific brief.

FAQ for partner agencies
Security agencies and lead contractors that need to subcontract a clearly defined part of a security or stewarding service. End clients can request a complete proposal through our separate services overview.
The date and exact hours, location, number and types of posts, operating environment, qualification requirements, equipment, lead contacts and reporting format. Without these details, we can only give an initial indication.
The management model must be clear in writing before deployment. Bravion organises its own team and remains responsible for the agreed part of the service; named contacts manage the operational interface with the lead contractor. The exact arrangement follows the contract and briefing.
No, unless the contract expressly provides otherwise. The commercial relationship remains with the lead contractor; Bravion communicates only to the extent required to deliver its assigned part safely and properly.
We first confirm the requirements for each role. We then state which company documents, qualifications and other records can be provided within the approval process and data-protection requirements.
We usually respond within one business day once the brief is complete. A larger team, distant location or specialised roles may take longer to verify; the assignment is confirmed only in writing.
We assess one-off event deployments against the date and logistics. For regular operations, we also check team stability, rotations, travel, site briefing and local leadership, so these proposals are prepared separately.

B2B agency brief
For an initial review, we need the exact date and hours, location, number and type of posts and a contact who understands the operating brief.
