Ostrava · multi-day festival operations · deployment from Brno

Festival security in Ostrava as a planned deployment from Brno

We do not operate a local branch or a permanently available team in Ostrava. A multi-day festival or larger music event is first reviewed against the site, operating hours, zones, shifts, transport and leadership. Scope and availability are confirmed only from the specific brief.

Multi-day service continuity

A shift must continue the operation rather than start from zero

Festival operations change through the day. The schedule therefore needs to cover site handover, assigned areas, peak periods, night operation and open items carried into the next shift.
  1. 01

    Brief and site handover

Exact venue, programme, entrances, selected restricted spaces, operating changes and responsible contacts.

  2. 02

    Area and role allocation

Each team receives a confirmed area, duty, leadership and a route for handing over a question or change.

  3. 03

    Shift start

Local briefing, communications, assigned equipment, area status and open points from the previous operation.

  4. 04

    Day and night operation

The procedure follows actual visitor density, the programme and instructions from the lead coordinator.

  5. 05

    Shift handover

Concise facts, the time and place of a deviation, action taken and the person owning the next step.

Visible proposal scope

Each area needs its own duty, boundary and handover

01

Site handover and festival advance

Arrival, briefing, access, assigned areas, contacts and changes for the specific Ostrava event.

02

Entrances and selected restricted areas

Agreed checks of entrance conditions and authorisation at assigned points, following the handed-over rules.

03

Visitor movement and areas near stages

Supervision of assigned visitor-operation areas, observation of changes in density and handover of exceptions to the named lead.

04

Shifts, leadership and handover

A confirmed lead contact, worker rotation, change handover and concise records of open actions.

Deployment feasibility

A multi-day operation is built from conditions, not a festival label

Before quoting, we connect the site operation with travel, shifts and leadership. Only then can the specific date and scope be assessed as workable.

Site handover, gates opening, peak periods, night operation, programme finish and close-out handover.
Travel and team start
Route from Brno, contingency, parking or drop-off and the shared briefing point.

Responsibility interfaces

The organiser, venue, lead partner and Bravion do not have the same role

Both published Ostrava case studies are partner deployments. We therefore record who sets the rules, who leads the wider operation and which areas are specifically assigned to Bravion.
RoleWhat remains within its responsibility

Organiser and production

Programme, visitor rules, accreditation, responsible contacts and approval of an operating change.

Site operator

Capacity, access, escape routes, fire procedures, technical constraints and safe working conditions.

Lead security partner

Where involved, leadership of the wider regime, team allocation, shared communications and reporting.

Bravion

Only confirmed areas and duties, communication under the handed-over leadership and reporting findings.

Police and emergency services

Actions within their statutory remit and immediate threats; private security does not replace them.

Preparation output

What should be clear in writing before deployment

Feasibility confirmation
Whether deployment is workable for the specific date, site, operating hours and assigned scope.
Area, shift and handover schedule
Where the team starts, what it takes over and how a change is passed to the next shift.
Contact and escalation route
Who leads the assigned area, who decides for the organiser or lead partner and who receives an urgent report.
Transport and deployment close-out
Travel from Brno, parking, briefing, service finish and handover of open actions.

Published partner deployments in Ostrava

Two case studies document assigned parts of festival operations

Both case studies identify Cechymen as the partner. We state only the published scope and do not carry over staffing, outcomes or a claim of full delivery.

What the Ostrava case studies support — and what we do not infer

Bravion publishes two partner deployments at festivals in Ostrava.

Both visibly name Cechymen as the partner and describe the assigned operation.

A deployment can be reviewed from the Brno base for a specific date and brief.

We do not claim a local branch or an automatically available Ostrava team.

A partner case study is not presented as independent delivery of the whole festival.

Staffing, capacity or the result of one event is not carried over to another date.

Frequently asked questions

What to know before enquiring about festival security in Ostrava

01Does Bravion have a branch in Ostrava?

No. Ostrava festivals are reviewed as planned deployments from the Brno base. Transport, shifts, leadership and availability are confirmed for the specific date and venue.

02Which Ostrava case studies do you publish?

Colours of Ostrava 2025 and Beats for Love 2025. Both were partner deployments with Cechymen in assigned parts of the operation, not independent delivery of the whole festival.

03What do you need for an initial festival review?

The date, exact site, expected attendance, site handover time, gates opening, programme finish, entrances, public and restricted zones, day and night operation and responsible contacts.

04How do you assess multi-day and overnight operation?

The brief needs to show each day’s operating hours, concurrent zones, shift length, rotation, handover between shifts and the close of the overnight phase. Only then can a workable model be confirmed.

05When are staffing and price confirmed?

After the areas, duties and times have been divided. Attendance alone is not enough; entrances, concurrent programme, shift length, transport, leadership and assigned scope also matter.

06How is team transport from Brno planned?

Back from site handover and briefing, not from the public programme start. The proposal reflects the specific date, route, contingency, parking, service length, rotation and post handover.

07Can an officer search a visitor or bag?

Checks follow the visitor rules, written brief and lawful options. An officer does not carry out a forced personal search; refusal of an entrance condition is handed to the responsible contact.

08What should I not send in the initial form?

Do not send access codes, full guest or accreditation lists, identity-document copies, health data, CCTV footage, detailed security plans or incident files.

Send the date, venue and operating brief

For an initial review, add the date, exact venue, site handover time, expected attendance, entrances, zones, day and night operation and a short programme. Transport, roles and availability are confirmed after the brief has been checked.

  • Event security is preselected in the form.
  • Company, date and operating times remain visible on mobile.
  • Sensitive operating material is arranged only after the next step is confirmed.
