How do you plan security for a site operating in shifts?
We first need the operating hours, number of pedestrian and vehicle entrances, and staff movements at shift changes. We use this information to propose posts and patrols. We also agree incident records, handover of outstanding tasks to the next shift, and a contact person responsible for the site.
Can security staff check supplier and vehicle access?
Yes, within the agreed scope and under the site operator’s rules. We clarify how access permission is checked, what information is recorded and who approves an unannounced supplier’s arrival. We also agree procedures outside normal operating hours and how information reaches the responsible member of staff.
How do you plan security for a festival lasting several days?
We work from the programme, site map and areas assigned to us by the organiser. We define duties, hours and communication for each post. Staff rotation, handovers between shifts and any security for facilities after the daily programme are agreed separately.
Do you cover the whole Moravian-Silesian Region?
Yes, we provide site and event security in Ostrava and throughout the Moravian-Silesian Region. Include the town or address, dates and operating hours or programme. We agree the scope, staffing and required hours in the proposal.
How much does property or event security cost?
Security starts from CZK 250 per hour excluding VAT. The final price depends on the number of posts, shift lengths and schedule, and the agreed duties. We prepare a non-binding quote for your property or event.
