Stadiums, arenas and racing venues · travel subject to availability

Sports event security

A football match, an ice-hockey tournament and a multi-day race have different entrances, sectors and responsibilities. Before quoting, we clarify attendance, venue rules, known risks and the role of each team. We confirm scope and availability after checking the venue, travel and staffing requirements.

Operating map

Scope is built around zones and responsibilities

Posts and staffing levels are not taken from a universal package. They are based on the programme, expected attendance, venue layout and division of responsibilities.
  1. 01

    Entrances and accreditation

Credential and bag checks under the visitor rules and the agreed entrance procedure.

  2. 02

    Sectors and spectator routes

Staffing of assigned sectors, circulation routes and transition points under the organiser’s plan.

  3. 03

    VIP and non-public areas

Credential checks and calm operation only in the zones included in the brief.

  4. 04

    Shift leadership and handover

Briefing, communications, escalation and a closing record in the agreed format.

Inputs for an initial proposal

You do not need a finished event security plan

For an initial discussion, send the date, venue, type of sport, expected attendance and a contact who knows the venue operation. Before confirmation, we clarify:
  1. 01

the number and operation of entrances, turnstiles and accreditation points

  2. 02

sectors, fan zones, VIP and non-public areas

  3. 03

visitor rules and the list of restricted items

  4. 04

the schedule from team arrival to spectator departure

  5. 05

known risks and the incident-handover procedure

  6. 06

lead contacts for the organiser, venue and other involved services

Chain of responsibility

First we define who decides and where matters are handed over

The organiser or club defines the visitor rules, event security plan, sector capacities and liaison with the venue operator, police and other services. We work within an agreed role.
  1. 01

    Steward

Checks tickets and accreditation, helps visitors find their way and hands serious situations over through the agreed chain.

  2. 02

    Security officer

Carries out agreed security duties within the law, the visitor rules and the service lead’s instructions.

  3. 03

    Section or shift lead

Receives the briefing, allocates posts, maintains communication and records incident handovers.

  4. 04

    Organiser / club

Approves the plan, accountable contacts and liaison with police, medical services and the venue operator.

Private security does not replace the police or medical services. Staff act within their assigned role, the approved plan and the legal limits of that role.

FAQ

What to know before enquiring about a sports event

The answers keep the service tied to the specific brief, assigned roles and organiser rules.
01What do you need for an initial proposal?

The date, venue, type of event, expected attendance, outline schedule and a basic zone plan. If the event security plan is not complete, we will ask follow-up questions about entrances, sectors, VIP areas and incident handover.

02Can you cover an away sector or a higher-risk match?

We assess the possible scope against the organiser’s plan, venue procedures, available risk information and the roles of other services. Leadership, responsibilities and communications must be clear before confirmation.

03Do you screen prohibited items at entrances?

Yes, where this is included in the agreed scope. Checks follow the visitor rules, the organiser’s instructions and the legal limits of the role. The procedure, including refusal of entry, is confirmed before the event.

04What happens when an incident starts in a sector?

The worker reports the situation and follows their assigned role, the service lead’s instructions and the approved plan. The priorities are the safety of nearby spectators and prompt handover to the competent person; private security does not replace the police or medical services.

05Can you cover VIP areas, changing rooms or the field of play?

Yes, where those zones are included in the brief and their access and communications procedures are defined. Scope is confirmed zone by zone, not assumed for the entire venue.

06Do you work outside Brno?

Yes. For sports events, deployment depends on the date, scope, travel and team availability. Our base and coordination are in Brno; the venue, arrivals and on-site leadership are confirmed before booking.
