Security workers in a stadium sector during a football match in Brno

Sports event security: football, ice hockey and tournaments

We provide stewarding and security services for football, ice hockey, tournaments and other sporting events in Brno and across the Czech Republic. We prepare entrances, sectors, circulation routes, VIP areas and team management so the organiser has a clearly designated person in charge on site.

What makes a sports event specific

Sports events have a different rhythm from a concert or corporate event. What matters is the arrival of fans, sector allocation, movement through concourses, VIP arrangements, and the point when the stadium or arena starts to empty after the programme ends.

Working with spectators in the stands

In the stands, the mood can change very quickly. It is important to recognise tension early, keep an overview of the sector and respond before the situation spreads to other spectators.

Away fan sectors and corridors

Movement from transport to the stadium, separate entry and buffer zones are prepared in advance. For high-risk matches, everything is agreed with the club and the Czech Police well ahead of time.

Three critical moments

Arrival, half-time and departure are the moments when crowd movement changes the most. That is when we adjust team deployment and reinforce places where the greatest pressure builds.

The decisive factor is not the first minute of the match. It is the plan prepared with the club and the Czech Police in advance and kept under pressure.

Who we coordinate strategy with

For higher-risk matches, we coordinate with the club, stadium management and, where needed, the Czech Police. We review corridors, bottlenecks, entrances, the away fan sector and procedures for situations that must not be improvised on site.

Match-day reality

Team deployment is based on the match category, experience from previous matches and expected fan behaviour. That is exactly why the plan is prepared in advance.

  • Consistent entrance checks and prohibited-item screening
  • Clearly set control of away fan sectors and key buffer zones
  • Discreet regime and smooth operation in VIP zones and skyboxes
  • Escalation scenario agreed in advance with the club and the Czech Police
  • Physical protection of the playing area, tunnels and changing rooms before, during and after the final whistle

Not sure which service to choose?

Sports events have a different regime than a concert or festival

In sport, work with sectors, fan arrival and departure, VIP areas, stewards and stadium or arena operations often decides the result.

Inputs before the offer

What we need to know before the proposal

A finished security plan is not needed for the first proposal. Basic event information is enough to estimate the operational demands and a sensible split of roles. How pricing works based on steward numbers and event length is described in the price list.

What to verify before the service starts

Trust in a security provider should not rest on general promises. What matters is documented licensing, an accountable contact, clear operating procedures and readable references.

FAQ

What we ask before we start

Security cannot be set up sensibly without the basic facts. These are the points we clarify for most enquiries.

How do you handle high-risk matches with a hard core of away fans?
Primarily through preparation. We handle away fan arrival and departure, separate entry, sectors, corridors and communication with the club and the Czech Police. On site, the team then follows the agreed scenario.
Do you also cover skyboxes and VIP areas?
Yes. In the VIP zone, the focus is calm communication, accreditation, correct guest movement and discreet supervision. It is different work from normal entrances or sectors.
What do you do if a fight in a sector actually starts?
The goal is to separate the participants, protect nearby spectators and quickly pass information to the section lead. If the situation exceeds the stewarding service scope, the agreed procedure with the club and the Czech Police is followed.

Need to secure a sports event?

Send the date, venue, event type, expected attendance and whether an away fan sector, VIP areas or higher-risk operation is involved. We will respond with follow-up questions or a proposal for the next step.
