The Czech national youth track and field championships took place at the municipal stadium in Blansko on 19 and 20 September 2026. Our assignment began on Friday evening, before the first competition day. During the meet, we staffed two entrances to the venue; between competition days, we guarded equipment that remained at the stadium.
Two entrances and three people on the day shift
The Saturday and Sunday programmes ran from 08:00 to 18:00. One Bravion team member was stationed at each of the two entrances. They monitored arrivals and kept an overview of people entering the stadium during the competition. A third person coordinated the positions and covered breaks, keeping entrance supervision in place throughout the day.
This was a public sporting event, not a ticket or bag-checking assignment. The team's main role was preventive supervision at the entrances and a proportionate response if a problem arose on arrival. We arranged the positions around the stadium's operation and the organiser's needs.
Athletes, their companions and spectators all used the entrances during the day. The team needed to be visibly present without slowing ordinary access to the venue. One worker remained at each entrance, while the third could coordinate and cover breaks as the flow of people changed during the meet.

Equipment remained at the stadium between competition days
Equipment needed for the meet stayed on site overnight. Two night-shift workers therefore followed the day team. They guarded the equipment from Friday evening to Saturday morning and again from Saturday to Sunday.
The assignment ran without a gap from 18:00 on Friday 18 September to 18:00 on Sunday 20 September. Day and night staffing reflected what the venue needed at each stage: entrance coverage during competition and equipment guarding outside the programme.

One stadium, two operating modes
Sports events do not always need the same staffing level around the clock. In Blansko, a three-person entrance team during competition and a two-person team guarding equipment overnight matched the brief. The scope reflected the event's public access, two entrances and the stadium's changing schedule.
