Who we are
One line of responsibility from preparation to operation
Bravion Group s.r.o. was founded in 2025. The company builds on more than twelve years of the managing director’s security experience, from entrance duties to leading teams at events and permanent sites.
The main focus of our work is event security for festivals, concerts and sports events. Our second core service is physical security for premises, warehouses and operating facilities. In both cases, we start with the specific place, its risks and a clear allocation of roles.

An event involves visitor movement and a changing programme. A site needs stable shifts, operational knowledge and regular handovers. We therefore prepare them separately.

A good service is not just a headcount. It requires knowledge of the site, accountable leadership and a way to pass changes to the people on shift.
Preparation based on the place
A festival, stadium, warehouse and office building each need a different setup. We therefore start by reviewing the space, roles and responsibilities.

Service handover, attendance, cover and ongoing checks matter. Sending a person to the site is not enough.

The client has direct contact with the person who knows and leads the assignment. That person handles starts, changes and situations during the service.

The client communicates with the person who leads the assignment and knows its current status. The lead maintains the schedule, passes changes to the team and handles situations that arise during the service.

The people you work with on the assignment
Service leadership, on-site coordination and recruitment are not anonymous roles. A specific person is responsible for each part.
Managing director
Tomas Hozak
Tomas founded the company and sets up the service directly on site for selected assignments. He agrees cooperation and is responsible for the team working according to the agreement.
Event coordinator
David Hudak
David coordinates the team at selected events. He supervises staff placement, handles changes during the programme and keeps contact with the organiser.
Recruitment and team
Kristyna Voksova
Kristyna handles recruitment, selection and worker checks. She helps keep the team staffed with people who can be relied on for shifts.Careers

From the brief to the first shift
The process is adapted to the assignment, but responsibilities, contacts and the expected output must be clear before the team starts.

Call and initial brief
We clarify the place, date, type of operation and the situations the on-site team is expected to handle.

Site visit and service proposal
Based on the space and risks, we propose posts, roles, service leadership, the schedule and price.

Team deployment
Before the start, we hand over instructions, contacts and responsibilities. The assignment lead monitors the initial operation.

Operation and adjustments
When the programme, site or operating model changes, we adjust the service and pass the change to the on-site team.
