We build the company on practical experience from site security, event security and shift leadership. For us, the important things are sensible service setup, clear information handover and people who know what to do on site.
More than 12 years of experience
More than twelve years in security services: from entrance service to leading teams at sites and events. We use this experience mainly when preparing the service and handling everyday operation.

Who provides the service
People who lead the assignment, communicate with the client and keep the service running. On site, they handle everyday operation and changes that appear during the shift.

Tomas Hozak
Managing directorTomas founded the company and sets up the service directly on site for selected assignments. He agrees cooperation and is responsible for the team working according to the agreement.

David Hudak
Event coordinatorDavid coordinates the team at selected events. He supervises staff placement, handles changes during the programme and keeps contact with the organiser.

Kristyna Voksova
Recruitment and teamKristyna handles recruitment, selection and worker checks. She helps keep the team staffed with people who can be relied on for shifts.

Every environment has a different pace and different demands on the team. We adapt the number of people, roles and information handover accordingly.

Events with visitor flow
At events, we supervise entrances, corridors, back-of-house areas and information handover to the organiser.

Permanent sites
For sites, knowledge of the place, operating rules and regular shift handover is important.

Night shift
Night service is based on patrols, attentiveness and a clear record of what happened during the shift.

Social events
At social events, the team should be visible, polite and calm. Guests should know who they can turn to.

Call or meeting
At the start, we clarify where the service is needed, what type of place it is, when it should begin and what most often happens in operation.
Service proposal and confirmation
After an inspection or completion of inputs, we propose the service scope, schedule and price. We go through the details together before confirmation.
First shifts
After launch, we monitor whether the setup matches reality. If something needs adjustment, we handle it in the first days.
Operation and adjustments
When the site, event or regime changes, we adjust the service as well. Important changes are sent in advance.
