Physical site security

Site security

For businesses with a building, warehouse or site, we prepare security so it is clear who controls entrances, where patrol routes run and who receives incident reports. We set the service around operating hours, shifts and risk areas. Assignments are coordinated from Brno; availability is confirmed according to location, scope and team capacity.

Operating brief

What must be clearly agreed for each shift

Posts, entrances and vehicle gates, the patrol route, operating records and the incident procedure. These are the foundations of a service that can be reviewed continuously.

01

Entrances and vehicle gates

Who may enter, how visitors and contractors are verified and what is recorded on arrival or departure.

02

Patrol route

Checkpoints, risk areas, inspection frequency and the procedure for a fault, fence breach or alarm.

03

Shifts and cover

Service staffing, handover between shifts and replacement arrangements when a worker cannot report for duty.

04

Records and handover

What is recorded, who receives incident reports and which events require an immediate client response.

Service preparation

From the site inspection to the first shift

We decide headcount and shifts once we understand the site operation, duties at each post and the information handover process.

  1. 01

We inspect the site and shift operation

We map entrances, operating hours, the movement of people and vehicles, sensitive areas and links to reception or technology.

  2. 02

    We document instructions and contacts

We agree shift duties, the escalation process, information handover and contact people on both sides.

  3. 03

We launch the service and review the setup

After launch, we check that the regime matches the operation. Based on the findings, we adjust timings, the route or task handover.

Site security reporting

What the client should receive in the monthly summary

The summary should show how the service operated, not only the hours worked. Its exact content is set according to risks, the contract and site operation.

FAQ

What you need to know before sending an enquiry

These questions help us clarify the service scope before preparing an offer.

Where does physical security make sense?

In logistics, industrial facilities, administration, retail and construction sites. Anywhere physical human presence, entrance control, patrols or response to an operational situation is needed.

Can security also cover reception duties?

Yes, if it is part of the brief. This may include visitor records, keys, access cards, couriers and first contact with people in the building. It must be clear when the worker is handling reception duties and when they are responding to a security situation.

How quickly can you take over a site?

Preparation is usually shorter for a smaller site. For a larger operation, we need to review weak points, shifts, instructions and contacts, and train the team for the specific site. We confirm the start date according to scope and staff availability.

What decides whether the security service will work?

Clear instructions for patrols, vehicle gates, alarms and information handover. The service also includes an appointed person who handles changes, cover and setup reviews.

How much does site security cost?

The price is based on an hourly rate and depends on the number of posts, shift coverage, patrol requirements and service responsibility. Indicative rates start at CZK 250 per worker per hour; the pricing factors are described on our pricing page, and we prepare a quote after clarifying the site operation.

Not sure which service to choose?

Do you need to secure the whole site or a specific entrance operation?

Site security covers the operational setup as a whole: entrances, patrols, vehicle access, reception, connection to technology and operational responsibility.

Describe the site, shifts and the situation you need to address

For an initial assessment, send the site type, location, required service hours, number of entrances or vehicle gates and a short description of the current problem.

  • State when the site needs supervision and whether the service is continuous, overnight or at weekends.
  • Tell us whether you are dealing with losses, vehicle gates, patrols, reception duties or gaps in the current service.
  • Once the operating details are complete, we will prepare a proposed regime and the basis for a specific price.
