For organisers

Looking for event security rather than a job?

This page is for applicants. Team scope, entrances, zones and an enquiry for a specific event are handled on the dedicated service page.

For ongoing site or premises security, continue to site security.

Which work pattern suits you

Three types of work. Each calls for something different.

You do not need to fit every role. What matters is choosing work that matches your availability, experience and level of responsibility.

01

Event shifts

Concerts, festivals and sports events according to the confirmed calendar. A good fit if you can work evenings, weekends or only on selected dates.

02

Regular site security

A more consistent environment with defined tasks, entrance checks, patrols and procedures for a specific site.

03

Team coordination

A role for experienced workers who can allocate the team, brief people and maintain an overview on site.

Working terms

Pay, shifts and certification should be clear in advance.

We treat recruitment as a straightforward conversation. First we confirm what the role involves, then we arrange the start.

You know the pay in advance

Every open position states the hourly rate, location and shift pattern. We discuss any additional terms before your first shift.

Shifts match the type of work

Events are planned around production dates. Site security has a more regular schedule, while coordination also includes preparing the team.

We address certification for each role

If the Guard 68-008-E qualification is required for an assignment, we will tell you directly and explain the next steps.

How onboarding works

From application to your first shift in four steps.

Each step has a clear purpose: align expectations and prepare you so you know what will happen when you start.

  1. 01

    Send your details

Choose a position and tell us when you can start and what your availability is.

  2. 02

We will have a short call

We will discuss availability, experience and certification, and check whether the role is a good fit.

  3. 03

    We agree the terms

You receive the contract, pay, shift, location and equipment information in advance.

  4. 04

You start with a clear brief

On your first shift, you know who leads the team, what you are responsible for and who receives your service updates.

Guard qualification

Applicant questions

What to know before sending your application.

Short answers about experience, certification, shift availability and the first contact.

01Can I apply without security experience?

Yes. For some positions, reliability, a clean criminal record, punctuality and the ability to follow instructions matter more. For roles with greater responsibility, we will discuss your previous experience first.

02Do I need a security guard certificate immediately?

It depends on the position and assignment. If the qualification is required, we will say so directly. If you do not have it yet, we can discuss whether you can start in another role or how to obtain it.

03How quickly will you respond after I apply?

We review applications for open positions continuously. When a specific event or site start is approaching, we prioritise checking applicants' availability.

04Can I work only at selected events?

Yes. Event shifts are planned around the event calendar and your availability. Stable sites require more regular attendance because shifts need reliable long-term coverage.
