Night club interior with a stage and lighting technology

Security night venues

We provide security for bars, clubs and other night operations. We set up entrance operations, supervision inside the venue, staff support and procedures for conflict situations according to the real operational setup. Our base is in Brno and for regular service we always clarify the scope, team availability and on-site responsibility in advance.

Security is part of operations

In a night venue, security is not only about solving problems. The first contact at the entrance, work with guests during the evening and confidence for staff and management all matter.

Entrance operations

We check age, guest condition, dress code and other rules set by the venue. The important thing is to keep a consistent approach and clear decision-making at the entrance.

Conflict handling

We handle situations early and with an emphasis on de-escalation. The goal is not to create tension, but to keep operations under control and protect guests and staff.

Staff support

Bartenders, waiters and management must know they can rely on the service during conflicts, venue closing and guest handling outside normal operations.

A well-run security service does not draw attention to itself. It is visible mainly in the fact that the venue keeps its standards and guests know what to expect.

Atmosphere

Guests should feel safe, staff need support, and operations must remain under control even at full capacity or at closing time.

You do not need a finished security plan. Just describe the operation, hours, capacity and the situations staff deal with most often. You can find indicative rates on the pricing page.

What to verify before the service starts

Trust in a security provider should not rest on general promises. What matters is documented licensing, an accountable contact, clear operating procedures and readable references.

FAQ

What we ask before we start

Security cannot be set up sensibly without the basic facts. These are the points we clarify for most enquiries.

How do you set up entrance service?
First we clarify the venue rules: age, entry, dress code, capacity, queue handling and who to call if there is a problem. At the entrance, the procedure must be consistent so staff and guests know what applies.
How do you handle aggressive guests?
First through communication and separating the situation from other guests. If agreement is not enough, we proceed according to the pre-agreed venue rules and with regard to guest and staff safety.
Do you also provide supervision inside the venue?
Yes. Depending on the brief, we cover halls, cloakrooms, toilets, cash desk, back-of-house areas or closing. The important thing is that supervision does not disturb the venue atmosphere, but is available when needed.
How much does club security cost?
The price is based on an hourly rate, the number of staff and the days of the week. Friday and Saturday until the early hours is priced differently from one shorter evening. Indicative rates are in the price list; the offer reflects opening hours, capacity and the risk spots of the venue.

Not sure which service to choose?

A night venue needs a different approach than a standard event

For clubs and bars, entrance work, guest communication, cooperation with service staff, de-escalation and a clear incident procedure are decisive.
