Bravion Group s.r.o. / Security agency in Brno

Security agency for events and sites

We provide event security, site security, reception cover and protective escort in Brno and the surrounding area. First we review the venue, risks and operational setup. Only then do we propose staffing, roles and service leadership.

How we work

We manage assignments personally

First we clarify the location, operational setup and responsibilities. Then we propose staffing, contacts and procedures for routine and exceptional situations.

Brno as our base, deployments by assignment

We manage assignments from Brno. We handle regular services nearby and travel beyond South Moravia for larger events.

Security for events, sites and escort assignments

We handle entrances, patrols, premises security procedures and protective escort. Before deployment we need to understand how the place operates.

A clear contact person

You know in advance who handles preparation, shifts and changes during the service. Communication stays with someone who knows the assignment.

How it works

How cooperation works

You do not need a finished security brief. We only need the basic facts to design the service sensibly.

01

Enquiry

Send the location, date, service type and basic scope. If anything is missing, we will ask.

02

Preparation

We review the site or documents and set roles, contacts, shift starts and incident procedures.

03

Deployment

The team starts as agreed. The service lead stays in contact with you and handles operational changes.

Why Bravion

What to check before the service starts

Before deployment it should be clear who leads the service, what experience the team has and how routine operation and problem handling will work.

  • Contact to the person leading the service

From the start you know who is responsible for the assignment. Changes are not handled through an anonymous inbox, but with someone who knows the place and the team.

  • Licensing, insurance and documents

We have licensing and liability insurance documentation ready. For larger assignments we send it before the service starts.

  • References without embellishment

We show where we were deployed, what the scope of work was and what role the Bravion team played in the cooperation.

Where we operate

Our base is in Brno. From Brno we coordinate events in South Moravia and deployments to other regions according to the production type and organiser needs.

Need to secure an event or site?

Send the location, date, service type and a short description of the situation. If anything is missing, we will ask and propose the next step.

Enquiry brief

The basics are enough: service, location, date and scope. Include the service type, location, approximate date and a short description of what the team should cover.

FAQ

What we ask before we start

Security cannot be set up sensibly without the basic facts. These are the points we clarify for most enquiries.

Our base is in Brno and we most often work in South Moravia. For larger events, long-term services and well-prepared assignments we also travel to other cities. We always agree transport, shift starts and the person leading the team on site in advance.
A location, date, service type, time scope and short description of the operation or event are enough. For sites we need the entrance and patrol regime; for events we look at capacity, entrances, zones and risk points. If the information is not enough, we will follow up.
Most often entrance control, backstage access, VIP zones, visitor flow across the venue and communication with production. Before the event, the plan must be clear: who has access where, where the team stands, who receives incident reports and when a situation is handed over.
Yes, when it makes sense from both a security and operational perspective. First we clarify the route, timing, environment, visibility level and expected risks. Sometimes a visible escort is appropriate, sometimes a more discreet regime is better.
It depends on the scope and team availability. A small one-off service can be arranged faster; a larger event or site is better prepared in advance. We need time for a site check, role agreement, shift starts and briefing the team.
