What we ask before we start

Security cannot be set up sensibly without the basic facts. These are the points we clarify for most enquiries.

Where can you provide the service?
We are based in Brno and most often provide security across South Moravia. For larger events, long-term services and well-prepared assignments, we also deploy to other cities. Transport, start times and on-site team leadership are always agreed in advance.
What do you need for an initial price estimate?
A location, date, service type, time scope and short description of the operation or event are enough. For sites we need the entrance and patrol regime; for events we look at capacity, entrances, zones and risk points. If the information is not enough, we will follow up.
What do you typically handle at events?
Most often entrance control, backstage access, VIP zones, visitor flow across the venue and communication with production. Before the event, the plan must be clear: who has access where, where the team stands, who receives incident reports and when a situation is handed over.
Do you also provide protective escort?
Yes, when it makes sense from both a security and operational perspective. First we clarify the route, timing, environment, visibility level and expected risks. Sometimes a visible escort is appropriate, sometimes a more discreet regime is better.
How quickly can the service start?
It depends on the scope and team availability. A small one-off service can be arranged faster; a larger event or site is better prepared in advance. We need time for a site check, role agreement, shift starts and briefing the team.
