Action Safety Plan
What does the term mean
Plan of routine and procedures in the event of incidents intended for security personnel until the IZS situation is taken over.
Security Plan is a document that tells the security team "who, where, what and how". It not only solves incidents, but also routines: entrances, VIPs, corridors, closed areas, communication.
What must be in it
- command structure (action commander, sector commanders),
- deployments and assignments,
- communication rules,
- scenarios: aggression, lost child, pyrotechnics, evacuation/invacuation.
It is the foundation without which a great action is governed by improvisation instead of a clear progression.

When is the term resolved
Action Safety Plan is mainly handled in practice when choosing the type of security, comparing suppliers, creating assignments or dividing roles between security, organizers and operations.
Common mistakes in practice

What to do in practice
If the term applies to your real operation, it connects to Event security. That is where we deal with the specific space, scope, responsibility and next step before deployment.
