Evakuace is the removal of persons from the area. Invakuace is, on the contrary, "hide inside" (e.g. an attack outside, a threat in the surroundings). Both options must have clear routes, responsibilities and communication guidelines.
The plan must correspond to the specific building/site: route capacity, bottlenecks, sector closure options.
