The coordination role connects field work with team organisation. It includes communication with people, confirming attendance, on-site allocation and support for the event security lead.

Role between the team and event leadership

The coordinator keeps track of people, start times and task allocation. It is not only service delivery, but also operational organisation.

Work according to the production calendar

Workload depends on confirmed events, preparation and deployments. Time flexibility and ability to react to changes are therefore useful.

Gradual handover of responsibility

After the first events, the coordination scope increases according to experience, reliability and ability to communicate with workers and the organiser.

What you will do

  • work at events as a security team member or supervisor
  • help assemble teams for individual events
  • communicate with team members and confirm their attendance
  • help with arrivals, team allocation and instruction handover directly at the event

What we need

  • event security or guarding experience is an advantage
  • ability to deal with people and organise a smaller team
  • independence, reliability and practical situation handling
  • willingness to travel to events and work according to the event calendar
