Event crew - concerts, festivals and events
The event security team covers entrance control, sectors, backstage access, visitor navigation and support for the event security lead. Shifts follow the event calendar and suit people who are comfortable with movement, communication and responsibility.

What to know before replying
Work in contact with visitors
Communication is expected at entrances, in sectors and in technical areas. A calm tone and respect for lead instructions matter.
Instructions before each event
Before the shift, you receive the time, place, contact person, basic event rules and information about transport from Brno.
What you will do
- entrance control, wristband, ticket or credential checks
- supervision of sectors, corridors, backstage and technical areas
- communication with visitors, the organiser and the shift lead
- quick incident reporting and following instructions from the event security lead
What we need
- at least 18 years old
- clean criminal record
- reliability, punctuality and ability to work in a team
- willingness to work evenings, weekends and travel to selected events
