01Does Bravion have a branch or standing team in Zlin?+
No. Assignments in the Zlin Region are reviewed as planned deployments from the Brno base. Transport, shifts, leadership and availability are confirmed for the specific date, venue and scope.
02Which Zlin Region case studies do you publish?+
Masters of Rock in Vizovice and Dny lidí dobré vůle in Velehrad. Both are labelled as partner deployments with Cechymen and describe only the assigned part of the operation, not independent delivery of the whole event.
03What do you need for an initial event review?+
The date, exact venue, site handover, public opening and programme finish, expected attendance, entrances, public and restricted zones, any overnight operation and responsible contacts.
04Can the scope include campsites, parking or overnight operation?+
These areas can be reviewed when they are precisely described and assigned in the brief. A case study from one event does not mean the same scope automatically applies to another venue or date.
05When are staffing and price confirmed?+
After the areas, duties and times have been divided. Attendance alone is not enough; entrances, concurrent programme, shift length, transport, leadership and the boundary of the assigned role also matter.
06How are transport and shifts from Brno planned?+
From site handover and briefing, not only from public opening. For the specific date, we review the route, contingency time, parking, service length, rotation and post handover.
07Can an officer search a visitor or bag?+
Checks follow the visitor rules, brief and consent. An officer does not carry out a forced personal search; refusal of an entrance condition is handed to the responsible contact.
08What should I not send in the initial form?+
Do not send access codes, full guest or accreditation lists, identity-document copies, health data, CCTV footage, detailed security plans or incident files.
