How do you combine entrance cover, patrols and other duties?
An entrance that needs continuous cover requires someone to take over during patrols or breaks. Our proposal accounts for overlapping duties and busy periods. We also agree how to report an absent worker and hand over unresolved events between shifts.
Can the service include security systems?
Camera, access or alarm system duties can be included by agreement and after site training. Access rights, reporting instructions and record handling are agreed in advance. Technical faults are referred to the designated contact.

Licensing and documentsHow does physical security differ from site security?
Physical security means having staff on site, for example at an entrance or on patrol. Site security covers a building or premises as a whole and may combine multiple posts and security systems.
Can one guard cover an entrance and carry out patrols?
It depends on whether the entrance may be left unattended. If it needs continuous cover, we agree who takes over during patrols and breaks. Supplier arrivals and busy periods are included in the brief.
Can you cover nights and weekends?
Shifts are agreed around the hours your operation needs, including nights or weekends. Staff availability and the start date are confirmed after we review the brief.
What do you need to prepare a quote?
The location, required days and hours, and a short description of the duties. If staffing or the exact scope is not yet clear, we can discuss it together. The quote is non-binding.
How will I know what happened during the shift?
We agree the records, a contact person and the reporting method in advance. Staff hand over findings and unresolved events that require further action.
