At the Beats for Love festival in 2025, Bravion was involved in security and organizational operations in cooperation with the Cechymen agency. The team's involvement concerned selected parts of the festival's operation, work with visitors and follow-up to the common mode of the event.
Team involvement
As part of the agreed partnership, the team participated in particular in the following activities:
- Supervision of the flow of movement of visitors in exposed parts of the area.
- Supervision of entrances to selected premises and facilities of partners.
- Organizer service near the main music stages.
Risk management and crowd management
Due to the high pace and dynamics of the dance festival, the deployment focused on active crowd management. The team helped prevent operational risks linked to the high concentration of people in the industrial environment of the DOV site.
Valuation
The involvement of the team followed the agreed operating mode. Collaboration between teams, uniform communication and smooth movement of visitors in assigned parts of the complex were important.
What was important for the collaboration
At a dance festival, the operating load is distributed differently than at a one-day concert. Visitors move between scenes, the program continues into the later hours and the density of people in the area changes continuously. Therefore, the team must maintain long-term attention, communicate uniformly and respect the main coordinator's regime. Bravion participated in the event in this framework and followed up on the work of the main agency.
Bravion participated in a part of the festival operation that had to be coordinated with other teams and with the nature of the event with a long program. The ability to stick to the agreed regime, react calmly and contribute to the smooth movement of visitors in the area was essential.
