Let It Roll in Milovice is a large-scale festival with international attendance and a surge in admissions. Bravion participated in the event in cooperation with Cechymen, especially in selected parts of the entry regime.
The entrance is an important operational point for the festival. Here, the visitor perceives the organization of the event for the first time, the pace of check-in and the way the security service communicates. If the regime is unclear, pressure arises even before entering the premises, which is why it is necessary to stick to uniform rules and explain them clearly.
Challenge: Input mode and communication
The goal was to strengthen the team at the main entrance, where operational pressure, authorization checks and visitors' first contact with the organizing service meet.
- Checking in more visitors in shock waves.
- Control of compliance with the entrance regime and site rules.
- Language barrier (a large part of visitors are from abroad).
Solution: Involved team
A team of workers with experience in handling large numbers of visitors and with the necessary communication readiness for an international audience was involved in the collaboration.
Linking to the operating regime of the Cechymen agency to support a uniform procedure.
Work with the inspection technique according to the set mode so that the check-in remains smooth.
Assertive but polite approach when resolving disagreements and explaining campus rules.
Operational evaluation
Involvement focused on the entry mode and uniform procedure towards visitors. In festival cooperation, it is important that the involved team follow a common system and communicate in the same way. We also write about working with a large number of visitors in the article Crowd management and crowd psychology.
In such collaboration, it is important that the team involved does not act as a separate part of the operation. They have to adopt the set mode, communicate like other teams and stick to the entry rules without unnecessary harshness. It is this framework that the reference describes.
