Annex 5 to the Czech Trade Licensing Act sets professional competence requirements for guarding property and people. The Security Guard qualification 68-008-E is one way of demonstrating competence; the Act also recognises specified education and other evidence. Requirements are checked before assignment to the particular activity.
The qualification examination covers legal knowledge, inspection activities, emergencies and first aid, among other skills. The certificate does not replace induction for a particular site or event.
