Stewarding service does not automatically have special authorization in the Czech Republic just because he is an "organizer". The key is to have it well written visitor rules and know how to use general legal concepts (self-defence, necessity, detention of a person).
Practically: if the rules and procedures are not prepared in advance, they are solved only under stress and with a higher risk of errors.
