The open day at the Starobrno brewery combines a music program, production tours and visitor traffic in the industrial area. A specific feature is the environment where the visitor program must stick to clearly defined routes. Bravion participated in the safety operation in cooperation with ARES Group.
An open house in a similar environment is not just about supervising visitors. People's orientation, respect for the operating parts of the premises and the ability to calmly explain the rules where the visitor regime meets the normal operation of the facility are important.
Challenge: Safety in traffic
Letting visitors into the industrial area requires careful preparation. The main risk is moving outside the marked areas and also changing the behavior of visitors during the longer program.
- Clear separation of visitor zones from production areas.
- Safety check on excursion routes.
- Addressing the capacity of the campus in the city center.
Solution: Prevention and surveillance
In cooperation with ARES Group, the team engaged in a regime aimed at protecting visitors, orientation in the area and supervision of selected parts of the program.
Operational evaluation
The team's involvement focused on the visitor program, the readable regime in the area and the separation of spaces. An event in an industrial environment needs patient communication, clear separation of routes and ongoing follow-up with the organizer. Check out the specifics security of industrial buildings.
For a public event in an industrial area, it is essential that visitor comfort and the security regime do not conflict. Bravion was involved in part of the operation here, which was supposed to help people go through the program intelligibly and at the same time respect the rules of the place.
