Bravion took part in the Hrady CZ 2025 festival series in cooperation with ARES Group. The 20th edition had eight weekend stops: Točník, Kunětická hora, Švihov, Hluboká nad Vltavou, Veveří, Hradec nad Moravicí, Bouzov and Bezděz.

How the service was organised
Briefing for each stop
Before deployment, it was necessary to follow up on a joint assignment and quickly familiarize yourself with the conditions of a specific location.
Weekend mode as needed
Staff joined Friday and Saturday shifts according to the roster for each stop.
Working with ARES Group
The team received duties from ARES Group and reported findings to the designated supervisor.
Preparing for each venue
Before each weekend, the team familiarised itself with the entrances, routes and staff areas.
Weekend assignments
Staff were assigned according to the needs of each stop, typically on Friday and Saturday. Rosters were prepared separately for each weekend.
Preparation at each venue
The venues differed in terrain, access routes and the layout of entrances and staff areas. Before starting work, the team familiarised itself with the location and received its brief from the lead partner.
- Checking assigned posts and access routes.
- Receiving duties and rules for that stop.
- Agreeing contacts and incident reporting procedures.
- Working in assigned festival areas under ARES Group's instructions.

Scope of our work
Hrady CZ 2025 marked the festival’s 20th edition, with eight weekend stops across the Czech Republic.
Involvement took place in cooperation with ARES Group; Bravion has been involved in selected parts of the security operation of the festival series.
The deployment was composed according to the needs of individual weekends, typically in the Friday-Saturday mode.
