Challenge: Two concert nights in the arena
Elan band concerts in Winning Group Arena in Brno brought thousands of visitors to the hall during two evenings. For the security team, this meant a repeated regime of entrances, reserved spaces, facilities and communication with the organizer.
The specificity of this event was the high attendance and the wide age range of the audience. It made demands on crowd management, visitor orientation and clear communication. It was necessary to support the smooth movement of people in the premises of the hall upon arrival and after the end of the program.
Key security considerations included:
- Entry checks: Quick and thorough check-in of visitors to avoid long queues and stress before the concert starts.
- Guests and Skyboxes: Supervision of the regime of reserved spaces and information support for guests with an emphasis on a discreet and representative approach.

1. Input phasing and control
Due to the expected rush in the short period of time before the start of the concert, the team participated in the active management of the entrance mode. Staff checked access, interacted with arrivals and helped maintain a smooth flow of visitors.
2. Representative guest mode
For reserved spaces and Skyboxes, staff were engaged with an emphasis on social demeanor, communication skills and discretion. The task was regime control, information support and assistance to guests.
3. Safety in the boiler room and auditorium
In the standing sectors, continuous supervision of the movement of visitors, communication with the health service and the ability to alert in time to situations that required the attention of the organizer or medical staff were important.
Operational evaluation
For similar events, it is especially important that the entrances, guest mode, background and communication with the organizer work in one mode. Bravion's involvement focused on follow-up with the main partner and on a unified approach during both evenings.
