The Cinderella musical on ice is a family show with a high proportion of children's visitors. The safety regime therefore requires calm communication, orientation of families in the hall and a sensitive approach when dealing with common operational situations. Bravion participated in the event in cooperation with Cechymen.
A family event has different requirements than a regular concert. Part of the visitors come with children, movement around the hall is slower and people more often need advice on orientation or practical matters. The security team must therefore combine supervision, organizational support and patient communication without an unnecessarily harsh tone.

Operational evaluation
The team's involvement focused on the intake regime, assisting families and overseeing selected areas of the hall during the programme. For family events, calm communication, understandable instructions and the ability to solve minor situations in a timely manner are essential.
Operational view
Family audiences need a different type of support than those attending a night concert or sporting event. The security worker more often gets into the role of a person who gives advice, calms the situation or helps with orientation. But this does not mean that the security mode is less important. On the contrary, it must be all the more comprehensible, because children, parents and elderly visitors move around in it.
Visitor comfort and quiet operation of the hall were essential. In cooperation with Cechymen, Bravion took part in the regime, which was supposed to make it easier for families to move around the hall and to give the organizer support in selected parts of the operation.
Such involvement is based on practical cooperation: the team was part of the agreed regime, helped with visitor traffic and respected the nature of the family program.
