PCO is a specialized surveillance workplace where data from connected sites can be directed. In the case of physical security orders, the main issue is how the on-site security follows up on such an alarm.
Continuity to physical service
If the site has an external PCO or an alarm system, it must be clear in advance who is contacted, who is authorized to enter the site and how the result of the inspection is recorded.
