01Does Bravion have a branch or standing team in every South Moravian town?+
No. Bravion is based and coordinated in Brno. An assignment elsewhere in the region is reviewed against the venue, date, scope, transport and availability; this page does not represent a separate regional branch.
02Which regional case study do you publish?+
The Znojmo Historical Wine Festival 2025. The published account states cooperation with Cechymen, pre-agreed roles, support for the entrance regime and visitor guidance, monitoring of heavily used main routes and supervision of selected spaces. We do not claim independent leadership of the whole event.
03Does the Znojmo case study mean the same scope applies to every wine festival or town celebration?+
No. It documents one specific partner assignment in an open town-centre setting. Routes, entrances, assigned areas, times, transport, leadership and availability are reviewed again for every other venue and date.
04What do you need for an initial event review?+
The date, exact venue, handover time, public opening and programme finish, expected attendance, entrances, a basic outline of arrival and departure routes, assigned spaces and responsible contacts.
05How is event security planned for an open historic town centre?+
The brief must identify the event boundary, arrival directions, bottlenecks, peak times, ordinary town activity, routes that must remain passable and the person authorised to decide when conditions change. Assigned posts and reporting are built from that information.
06When do you confirm staffing and price?+
After the areas, duties and operating times have been divided. Attendance alone is not enough; passage routes, concurrent posts, shift length, transport, leadership and the boundary of the assigned role also matter.
07Can a security worker search a visitor or their bag?+
A check follows the visitor rules, the brief and consent. A private security worker does not conduct a forced personal search; failure to meet an entry condition is referred to the responsible contact under the agreed procedure.
08What should I not send in the initial form?+
Do not send access codes, full guest, staff or accreditation lists, identity-document copies, health data, CCTV footage, detailed security plans or incident files.
