Czech Television Open Day is an event for the whole family. Higher attendance and movement around the campus require a legible entry system, organization of movement and information support. Bravion participated in the event in cooperation with ARES Group.
For this type of action, the safety regime is not built on hard-hitting. It is more important for visitors to understand where to proceed, where to wait and who to contact in case of confusion. Workers must therefore combine supervision with regular guidance and respect the family nature of the program.
Security tasks
- Organization of queues and inputs.
- Security surveillance in studio interiors.
- Navigation and information service for visitors.
Operational evaluation
The involvement of the team focused on the smooth movement of visitors, orientation in the area and continuity with the excursion regime. Patient communication, follow-up with the organizer and the ability to adapt to the changing movement of people during the day are the main deciding factors for the open house day.
The practical benefit of involvement
At an event for the public, security often meets information service. Visitors ask about the route, are looking for the right entrance or need advice in an area they are not familiar with. The team involved must therefore be able to manage both supervision and communication. It is important to act calmly, stick to the set mode and not create the impression that security measures are against visitor comfort.
At an open house, security works well when the visitor receives clear information, the movement around the premises is fluid and the organizer has a reliable connection with the team in the field. Bravion participated in a regime that combined surveillance, visitor orientation and calm traffic communication.
For similar events, this leads to a practical conclusion: the security team should understand their part of the operation, keep a common communication and not take over the role of the organizer. Here, Bravion respected the partnership framework with ARES Group and was involved in the event's visitor regime.
