Bravion participated in the security operation in cooperation with No Limit Security at the concerts of the band Imagine Dragons in the Letnany complex. The program took place over two days and required a clear setup of entrances, visitor movement and communication between teams.
Departure logistics: Brno – Prague
A team of security personnel from Brno went to Prague. Preparation included arriving with time to spare, taking over operating instructions and agreeing on responsibilities in assigned positions.
Connection in the premises
The team gradually got involved in the assigned sections, especially following:
- Entrance mode to the area.
- Orientation and movement of visitors.
- Non-public and technical parts by event mode.
- Selected areas for spectators.
The emphasis was on the smooth arrival of visitors, the prevention of conflict situations and the timely handing over of operational situations.
Course of action and communication
During the event, there was continuous communication between the involved teams. The security personnel reacted to the increased movement of fans, especially in the exposed times before the start of the concert and after it ended. The service also included assistance to the organizer, visitor navigation and cooperation with other teams on site.
Conclusion and departure
After the end of the concert, there was a controlled departure of visitors from the area, an inspection of selected areas and a gradual termination of the service. The event showed the importance of preparation, clear roles and cooperation between individual teams.
